Diet / Weight Loss Plan: Day 9

It’s been 9 days since I started this process and I’m already seeing results. With exercise and a strict diet I’ve managed to reach my week goal and also I’m making huge steps toward my final one. This post is only to update. Later I’m gonna do a post on the diet that I’m currently making.

Day 9:

Current weight: 258.6 lbs

BMI: 35.03

Ideal weight: 180 lbs

Ideal BMI: 24.4

Short term goal: Lose 5 pounds in a week.

Long term goal: Lose 80 pounds in six months

Exercise schedule:

1. 30 minute run in the morning.

2. 1 hour run in the afternoon.
